After preparation, in the same way as a house to house move, the house contents are packed directly into specially constructed containers which are sealed up in your presence. On arrival at the warehouse, the containers are fork-lifted off and placed into their designated position for storing until such time as you require the goods returned. Goods too large for containers, like ladders and carpets are labelled and racked, and items such as sofas are wrapped, labelled and stored on racks to avoid pressure damage to fabrics. Obviously this system has many advantages. Possessions cannot be mislaid and containers will keep out dust and protect fabrics. A container also completely separates your property from that of any other customer and of course, being fully enclosed, hygiene and security are excellent.

Then when you want the goods returned it is only a question of retrieving the containers from the warehouse position, fork-lifting them onto the vehicle and re-delivering to your new home. The warehouses themselves are specially constructed, clean, well maintained and staffed to ensure the best conditions for storage are maintained.

Special attention is given to the security of the warehouse with centrally monitored intruder alarms at all sites, together with fire detections, closed circuit television and video surveillance for additional protection in some branches.

These top class facilities are supported by a computer system that tracks all containers in the group and administers billing and support services. Inspection of the warehouses by customers without an appointment is welcomed.
